Lee Steffen is an award-winning creative director, photographer and founder of Penguin.
Steffen has more than a decade of experience in developing major branding campaigns, working with Fortune 500 corporations, major non-profits, countless Grammy-winning artists and globally-renowned individuals.
His clients include MTV Networks, Disney and Time Warner and his creative work can be seen in outlets like Nike, CNN, NBC, AOL, CBS, Whole Foods and Home Depot. Steffen is the receipient of a Gold Folio award for his magazine art direction, one of the highest achievable editorial awards. He has also been named one of the “Top 100 Photographers” on Twitter.
Steffen’s extensive travels around the world have given him a unique understanding of global trends and cultural insights and have made him a passionate proponent for social justice and equality.
Steffen holds degrees from the University of Illinois in Industrial Design and an MBA in Advertising and Brand Management.
